Program Eligibility
To qualify as an LG Pro Dealer Program participant, contractors must be approved by their local LG Sales Manager. Eligible dealers are required to:

Complete LG product training, either online or in person

Participate in ongoing LG training programs annually

Maintain active engagement with LG products and initiatives

Support LG branding on their website or maintain a brand-agnostic approach across their web properties if listed on the LG.ca Dealer Locator Tool

Terms & Conditions
Eligibility criteria are subject to change. LG Electronics Canada Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revoke a contractor's Pro Dealer status at any time, including, without limitation, where the contractor's actions, business practices, or performance do not reflect positively on LG Electronics Canada or its brands, or where program requirements are not maintained.
LG Electronics Canada Inc. may terminate the LG Pro Dealer Program, in whole or in part, at any time by providing written notice to authorized business partners no fewer than fourteen (14) days prior to the effective date of termination.
To maintain LG Pro Dealer status, contractors must renew required training certifications annually and adhere to all program guidelines, including delivering prompt, reliable service and exceptional customer support.
